“Game of Thrones” hit iMax theaters Thursday night and, as promised, HBO brought along its highly anticipated Season Five trailer.
[Spoiler Alert] Season Four ended with the death of Tywin Lannister, shot with a crossbow by his son, Tyrion Lannister. In the new trailer, we see Tyrion far away from King’s Landing, talking to Lord Varys.
“The Seven Kingdoms needs a ruler loved by millions, with a powerful army and the right family name,” says Varys in the clip. “Good luck finding him,” Tyrion responds. “Who said anything about him?” replies Varys replies. The clip then cuts to Daenerys Targaryen, aka Khaleesi, who is still on the hunt for the throne, with her dragons in tow.
Also in the clip, there looks to be another wedding, and in “Game of Thrones,” these celebrations usually end with death. Jon Snow makes an appearance, Cersei Lannister still has plans to destroy her brother Tyrion, Sansa Stark is shown with the conniving Petyr Baelish, and there’s plenty of destruction.

In this fantasy drama, footwear is more functional than fashionable. Boots are worn by many of the characters, including Jon Snow, played by Kit Harrington, featuring leather, low heels and earth tones. Harrington is currently the face of Jimmy Choo’s flashy men’s offering, and he will continue to be the face of Jimmy Choo’s spring ’15 campaign for a second season.
