Sundance Film Festival: Blundstone Lands Sustaining Sponsor

If Blundstone’s boots look familiar at Sundance this week, it’s because they’ve been spotted in projects like “Criminal Minds,” “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” and “Californication.” The Australian Chelsea boot brand is the sustaining sponsor at the Sundance Film Festival, which kicks off this week. “For as long as there has been a big screen, there have been Blundstone boots,” said Andrew Ross, international sales executive for the brand. “Since 1870, we’ve enabled artists to go anywhere, do anything and live life authentically.” During the festival, the brand will host interactive games in its Airstream trailer, which will act as a “social hub.” Meanwhile, the Festival Co-Op will host activations and boot giveaways.
