Adidas To Release Limited-Edition Busenitz Scheinfeld Skate Sneakers

Adidas is celebrating 13 years of its Busenitz skateboarding footwear line with the Busenitz Schienfeld sneakers. The limited-edition shoe is made in the in the athletic brand’s factory in Scheinfeld, Germany—the only Adidas-owned facility on the globe.

The Adidas Skateboarding line has previously put out collaborations with German skater Dennis Busenitz, which has included new takes on some of Adidas’ classic silhouettes including the Samba and Copa Mundial geared for skate.

The Scheinfeld factory is known for producing custom footwear for Adidas athletes, shoes for global soccer events and for the Olympics.

The Busenitz Scheinfeld feature a black leather upper with gold stripes, and will also be available in a gray and red colorway. The sneakers are available at specialty retailers in the U.S. and Adidas.com on Dec. 18 and retail for $250.

In other major Adidas news, the Yeezy Boost 750 will be released on Dec. 19. The athletic brand made the announcement on Instagram Wednesday morning.
