Although Houston Rockets superstar guard James Harden does not yet have a signature shoe with Adidas – the brand he signed a 13-year, $200 million deal with back in October – it unveiled today a special edition of the shoe he wears on the court that will be limited to 100 pairs.
The Crazylight Boost Triple White drops tomorrow and will retail for $140.
The Triple White, the shoes Harden wore during Adidas’ “Creators Never Follow” TV commercial, will come in special packaging that is individually numbered from 1-100. According to the brand, the shoe represents the clean slate of its partnership with Harden, which is “built upon the foundation that creators will break free from convention, step out from the crowd and never follow.”

The shoe boasts a Primeknit upper, a synthetic leather collar and the brand’s Boost cushioning in the heel. The shoe features a white upper, midsole and outsole, with black providing the only additional color in the shoe with the Adidas branding on the heel and tongue.
Harden is averaging 29 points, 6.7 assists and 6.2 rebounds per game this season, a vast improvement from his career averages of 20.2 points, 4.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds. Harden and the Rockets will be on the road for its next game, a matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers tomorrow.
