Jordan Brand today unveiled the latest signature sneakers for NBA All Star Carmelo Anthony. The Melo M12 sneakers, which will hit stores on Jan. 2, pay homage to a Baltimore recreation center, dubbed “the dungeon,” that played a key role in Anthony’s journey to basketball stardom.
The Melo M12 basketball sneaker has been updated with new and improved performance features, including two Zoom Air units that offer responsive cushioning and FlightSpeed technology for an explosive first step.
It also has a sleek new look, with an all-black mesh upper accented by a neon green Jordan logo on the heel panel and the Melo logo on the tongue. In the interior, four bright pink foam pads serve as a surprising design element while also helping to lock in the heel.

The most eye-catching new element of the Melo M12 is its tri-colored outsole in fluorescent pink, blue and orange, featuring articulated flex grooves that let the midsole move with the foot.
Additional colorways of the Jordan Melo M12 will be rolled out throughout spring ’16.
