What Sneakers The NBA Stars Will Wear On Christmas Day

The NBA made sure to put its biggest and brightest stars on TV on Christmas Day to please fans, bringing star power and competition to the holiday. But for sneakerheads, there’s a different reason to watch the games: Many of the players will be wearing shoes inspired by Christmas.

In a rematch of last season’s NBA Finals, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors will take on LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Nike, which sponsors both James and Irving, unveiled its Christmas Collection earlier this month, featuring Christmas-inspired iterations of their signature shoes, the LeBron 13 and the Kyrie 2, respectively.

Bryant and the Lakers will take on the Los Angeles Clippers on Christmas Day. Kevin Durant also has a Christmas-edition colorway of his Nike signature shoe, the KD8. Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder will face the Chicago Bulls tomorrow.

The Rockets will face the San Antonio Spurs.
