Under Armour-Endorsed Stephen Curry Scores 33 Points in Players-Edition Shoe

In one of the more thrilling playoff games this post-season, Under Armour-sponsored Stephen Curry led his Golden State Warriors to a one-point win Thursday over the Houston Rockets in game two of the NBA Western Conference Finals.

Curry hit the court in a players edition of his signature shoe with the Baltimore-based brand, the Curry One. The sneaker featured a yellow upper with blue accents, blue lining, and a white and yellow outsole.

The 2015 Kia NBA Most Valuable Player scored 33 points on 13-21 shooting, including hitting five three-pointers. But Curry’s most important game moment came when he, along with teammate Klay Thompson, trapped Nike-sponsored James Harden of the Rockets in the fourth quarter as time was winding down, forcing the ball out of his hands so that he failed to get a shot off before time expired.

The win gives the Warriors a 2-0 series lead over the Rockets, with game three set for Saturday at the Toyota Center in Houston.
