Vans Syndicate 10th Anniversary Seylynn Drops Saturday

With Vans Syndicate celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the brand enlisted the services of fashion label OAMC’s creative director and co-founder Luke Meier to transform a dress shoe into a classic skateboarding silhouette.

The Seylynn S will hit stores Sept. 19 and will retail for $100.

Meier, known for taking high-end fashion and transforming it into streetwear staples, used exceptional materials to style the brand’s Seylynn silhouette, including the upper consisting of all-white premium nubuck. Staying with the luxury theme, the shoe also boasts its signature Syndicate 10th Anniversary artwork in gold on the brand’s Ultracush HD footbeds.

But the shoe is a skateboarding silhouette, and sticking with its skate roots, it boasts a reinforced ollie patch on the toe panel and its original waffle gum sole.
