United Nude Debuts Its Latest 3D-Printed Shoe Collaboration

United Nude is back with its latest collaboration just in time for New York Fashion Week.

Coming off the last 3D-printed, architect-designed collection this spring, the brand new 3D collaboration is with Brooklyn, New York-based Francis Bitonti Studio. Known for its unforgettable styles, United Nude did not disappoint.

The shoe, which took about six months to design from start to finish, features an embossed leather upper and a standout heel-less gold metallic platform sole, and only eight pairs are being produced. Once again, 3D Systems is helping create the style.

In addition to footwear, the collaboration marks United Nude’s first foray into jewelry. Rings and necklaces are being made, some of which will feature 24K gold, while 3D-printed ones will carry lower prices.

The collaboration will be unveiled on Sept. 16 at a pop-up store in Taipei in conjunction with Vogue‘s Fashion’s Night Out.
