Over the weekend, Kim Kardashian West revealed yet another high-profile person who is getting the royal Yeezy treatment. She posted a photo of a box of Yeezy Boost 350s and Yeezy 750 Boosts labeled with notes that read, “Obama.”
Plenty of celebrities have been spotted in the sneakers, and now that Kanye West has revealed that he has Presidential ambitions, it makes sense that West would gift President Obama pairs of the highly coveted sneakers.
In exchange for the sneakers, Obama told a crowd during a speech in California that in case Kanye is serious about running for President, Obama has some advice for him that he’s picked up over the years. Kardashian West also posted a photo of Obama’s signature with the number 44 underneath, and Kanye’s signature with the number 46 underneath, signifying that if Kanye were to win the election in 2020, he would be the 46th president.

Over the weekend, West made a surprise appearance at an “American Idol” audition in San Francisco. He performed his 2005 song, “Gold Digger.” West also recently gave a two-hour interview to SHOWstudio in which he discussed a range of topics, including his sneakers and his Presidential ambitions.
So when will we see President Obama in his Yeezys? Certainly not for any official events, but perhaps during the family’s annual vacation in Hawaii over Christmas.
