Ciara walked down the aisle this week in custom shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti. The star wed Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson on Wednesday in England, donning white satin sandals under her Cavalli Couture dress.
FN has learned that the wedding shoes were not based on an existing style; they were custom created by Zanotti and Ciara. The sandal featured a thick lace ankle strap, satin toe strap and mid heel.
“The mix of finest lace and satin and the mid-height stiletto make the shoe very romantic and perfect for the monumental occasion,” Zanotti told FN.
They were married at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire. Kelly Rowland and La La Anthony were both bridesmaids. Earth, Wind & Fire performed at the reception.
