Kate Middleton Rocked These Very Walkable American Heels on Final Day of Canadian Tour

Kate Middleton knows how to choose shoes that are made for daylong wearability.

Staying true to her shoe style sensibilities — comfortable and elegant — the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in a pair of sleek J.Crew loafers for a visit to Canada’s Cridge Centre for the Family in Victoria, British Columbia, on Saturday.

It marked the final day of an eight-day long tour of the country with her husband, Prince William.

The American brand’s Avery heels are designed with a pointed-toe style and textured tweed fabric. Retailing for $278 online, the retro-looking shoes include tassel details and a stacked 2-inch heel that supports comfort.

Middleton complemented the muted tartan pattern with a white Zara jacket and the label’s black trousers.

During the event, Middleton greeted fans before entering the nonprofit facility, which provides economic and financial support services for needy children and families.

It has been a week of refreshing footwear styles for the duchess. While on the royal tour, she rocked red pumps, boots and loafers, among other elegant looks.
