As the sister of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton is often in the public eye.
Although she’s not a royal herself, she certainly has to plan her fashion choices to reflect positively on the royal family. But occasionally Middleton likes to add a splash of fun to her wardrobe, whether it’s a brightly hued pump or a cute but casual shoe.
It’s been widely reported today that Middleton is engaged to James Matthews, which means another wedding is in the works, although likely not as lavish as sister Kate’s royal nuptials in 2011.
This week, Middleton attended a London party wearing a simple floral L.K. Bennett dress. Although her Aperlai ankle strap sandals seemed ordinary at first, the large square buckle on the ankle gave her shoe look a bit more character.

She also has a pair of flat cut-out leather sandals with stud details that’s she looks to on warmer days.
Middleton is partial to a colorful pump, having been spotted over the years in bright red and blue suede pairs.
While Kate Middleton is confined to wearing mostly pumps, Pippa Middleton has a bit more free rein. The 32-year-old has worn several boot styles including knee-high pairs, wedges and even a lace-up moccasin.
