For spring ’17, the latest kids‘ styles for her convey new bohemian flair. With fringed suedes, tasteful embroidery and cool denims, these finishings offer a refined — yet boldly colorful — update on an everlasting trend.
Textured materials played into the trend this season. Blowfish offered a macrame lace-up style, while MIA’s thong sandal made use of a striped, crocheted upper. Report used playful beading on a double-strap sandal.
Denim got refreshened with floral embroidery, as seen on Hanna Andersson’s slingback style. Minnetonka’s double-strap denim sandal also made use of floral embellishments.
The gladiator — a recurring style seen in the bohemian movement — was designed in a tall silhouette with ribbon laces by Sam Edelman.
