First Look: J.Crew’s Collaboration With London Haberdashery Drake’s

This one’s not just for the boys.

For the first time, English haberdashery Drake’s has created a women’s collection, looking to J.Crew to make it happen. The brand, known for making men’s scarves, ties and pocket squares for more than 40 years, worked with J.Crew on a collection of scarves, flats and pajama-inspired tops and pants.

While the collection doesn’t officially launch until Tuesday, customers can shop the collection early here.

Somsack Sikhounmuong, head of women’s design for J.Crew, said that working with Drake’s was a perfect fit.

“Drake’s has such an important heritage and tradition in menswear,” Sikhounmuong said. “We wanted shapes that were simple, classic and clean to show off the intricacy of each print. And who doesn’t love a fancy pajama?”

The pointed-toe ballet flats are offered in a burgundy print and a turquoise print and retail for $198.
