Day 4 — Christopher Kane
Christopher Kane’s signature Chelsea boots got a madcap redux. Affixed to the winklepicker toe were an artful bouquet of material off-cuts. This burst of tulle netting, chiffon and canvas was in keeping with the crafty neighborhood lady (who apparently hems her coat with staples) he conjured up for fall.

Day 3 — Mulberry
The chunky lug-soles that Prada popularized last season plus Burberry’s way with British codes (here it was broguing and wingtips) seemed to heavily influence these substantial platform heels and flatform oxfords. Sure, the addition of pylon-orange and yellow jumbo lacing differentiated some, but the best versions were done in black and white, spectator-style, with nifty gold buckling for a regiment finish.

Day 2 — Simone Rocha
The designer channeled a loose aristocratic influence, showing at the Lancaster House in London this season. Having worked on different tweeds with Linton, the mill that also supplies for Chanel, the collection resulted in modernized takes on classical dressing. Frayed tweed mules with a so-hot-right-now squared toe were the perfect mix of the old and the new.

Day 1 — Charlotte Olympia
For her first runway presentation, Charlotte Olympia debuted her latest collection, titled “The Girl Who Fell to Earth” and inspired by retro sci-fi movie posters and comic books. This glittered mule with sphere heel detail is superheroine-worthy indeed.
