René Caovilla has unveiled its fall ’16 campaign imagery. The Italian luxury footwear brand shot the imagery at the Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice. It stars model Anna Mila Guyez and was photographed by Alvaro Beamud Cortes.
Known for its elegant heels and use of Swarovski crystals, the label embraced a sophisticated aesthetic for its latest ads. Footwear styles in the campaign include strappy sandals and pumps, satin slingbacks, bejeweled boots and suede thigh-highs.
While the brand is currently stocking spring ’16 shoes on its e-commerce website, you can expect the fall campaign shoes to drop sometime in August.
As for next season, designer Edoardo Caovilla recently shared an exclusive spring ’17 sketch with Footwear News. “The main inspiration comes from geometry, ballet, decorative motifs and architectural forms,” Caovilla said. “The muse that always inspires me the most is a strong, contemporary woman with a romantic heart and a passionate mind.”
