Diane von Furstenberg Hosts Oscars Luncheon Honoring Female Nominees

Diane von Furstenberg celebrated women in film with her third annual Oscar’s luncheon at her Los Angeles residence.

The designer, who donned her own shoes, co-hosted the event Wednesday with Chairman of Universal Pictures Donna Langley, and welcomed a variety of powerful names, including 33 winners and 10 previous winners.

Jennifer Jason Leigh from “The Hateful Eight” attended, as well as Andrea Berloff from “Straight Outta Compton,” Mary Parent of “The Revenant” cast and Nicole Rocklin from “Spotlight.” Other famous faces supported the crowd, like Marisa Tomei, Malin Akerman and Patricia Arquette.

The designer signed a deal last year with Caleres Inc. DVF recently showcased her fall 2016 line on the NYFW runway, her second season under the new partnership. For a full look at the shoes on the catwalk, click through the gallery.
