Although Independence Day has come and gone, Adidas has an iteration dedicated to NBA star James Harden of the Crazylight Boost 2016 — its latest court-ready basketball shoe — hitting stores this month that is sure to make you feel patriotic while wearing it.
The Adidas Crazylight Boost 2016 “Liberties” arrives in stores July 16 and will retail for $140. The shoe will be available via adidas.com and Foot Locker.

The shoe, according to the brand, is inspired by the U.S. and Harden’s freedom to create on the court. It features a red, white and blue color palette, with a predominantly white and gray camouflage with blue and red accents, a blue and white midsole, and a red and blue outsole. The shoe’s collar is blue and red, and its tongue is blue with red Harden branding. Tying the shoe together are its blue and red laces.
The Crazylight Boost 2016 comes equipped with a Primeknit upper for breathability and flexibility, and a full-length Boost midsole for optimal cushioning. It also features a blue and red herringbone-style traction pattern using Continental rubber on its outsole, as well as a sprint plate.

The brand unveiled the shoe last month, stating its first release would drop July 2 in two colorways — solar red and an all-white silhouette.
