Adidas Adds To Its ‘I’m Here to Create’ Female Athlete Film Series

Earlier this month, Adidas unveiled its “I’m Here to Create” film series that showcases the dedication of female athletes to the sports they participate in. Today, the athletic giant added to its Sport16 initiative by unveiling four more stories, its third chapter of the series.

The next installation features French runner Julie Aubert, U.S. soccer star Morgan Brian, Brazilian volleyball icon Jaqueline Carvalho, and Russian skating sensation Julia Lipnitskaya.

The series is Adidas’ effort to show how athletes use their individuality to excel in their sport, using creativity for self-expression and experimenting with athletics. The videos are told through the experiences shared by the athletes via their own social media platforms, detailing how they bring their own definition of creativity to sports.

The purpose of the videos, according to the brand, is to empower athletes to declare how they bring creativity to sport and celebrate the people who inspired them to be better than average.

The “I’m Here to Create” series is being shown in more than 50 countries and has been featured during the UEFA Champions League and The Grammys. According to Adidas, the series will air during the BRIT Awards and the Oscars.

The videos can be seen via Adidas’ YouTube channel as well as via its Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts.
