Adidas Debuts Videos Starring Karlie Kloss, Ana Ivanovic & Other Inspiring Women

Adidas has unveiled the latest videos in its ongoing “I’m Here to Create” film series, this time starring supermodel Karlie Kloss and tennis pro Ana Ivanovic, as well as rock climber Sasha DiGuilian and yoga master Adriene Mishler.

The German athletic brand launched the series earlier this month to showcase the stories of female athletes and their dedication to the sports they engage in. The first chapter featured Caroline Wozniacki, Candace Parker and Hannah Bronfman, in short films that explored such diverse topics as their approach to training and their definition of motherhood.

Chapter Two is equally compelling. First there is a short film about Kloss’s diverse creative ventures — as model, philanthropist, coder and cook — as told through her own video diary and social media postings.

In videos about DiGuilian and Mishler, the accomplished athletes share how they’ve overcome boundaries — some physical, some financial — to change the definition of success in their fields. DiGuilian, for instance, is one of the smallest professional climbers (at just 5’2″ and 105 pounds), but last year was the first American woman to free climb the Magic Mushroom route on the Eiger in the Alps.

And in the film about Ivanovic, the Serbian tennis star reflects on growing up in a war-torn country and how it taught her a vital lesson that “limitations create opportunities.”

The “I’m Here to Create” series, developed in partnership with advertising firm 72andSunny, is viewable now on YouTube and also will air during key upcoming sports and pop culture moments, including The Grammy Awards, the UEFA Champions League, the Brit Awards and the Oscars.
