Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert is helping Adidas Originals mark the release of the NMD_R1 at major U.S. retailer on March 17. Previously, the sneakers were only offered at specialty boutique retailers. Shumpert appears in campaign photos wearing red and black NMD_R1 sneakers and was also a part of the brand’s “Your Future Is Not Mine” film.

Earlier this week, Adidas announced that it’s releasing an NMD_R1 Monochrome pack featuring a black and white pair and a tonal white pair. In addition to the red and black pair Shumpert wears, Adidas will also be dropping a gray and red pair, navy and gray pair and a black and royal blue pair. All of the NMD_R1 sneakers feature Adidas’ Boost technology in the sole.

The NMD line of sneakers takes into account some of Adidas’ most classic styles combined with its latest technology, including the Boost sole.
The shoes will be available March 17 on Adidas.com and select major retailers. Prices range from $110-150.
