Adidas Originals Celebrates LGBT Equality With Pride Pack

In celebration of LGBT Pride Month, Adidas Originals has once again released a Pride Pack.

Available Wednesday, the pack includes a Stan Smith colorway and two Superstar colorways. Proceeds from each sale will go to Stonewall, a U.K.-based LGBT support group that not only provides resources to the LGBT community but also works to change laws and help institutions become more inclusive.

The all-black and classic white and navy Superstars both feature rainbow-splattered paint on the uppers. The all-white Stan Smith has a splatter print on the heel, and the classic Stan Smith logo on the tongue gets the rainbow treatment. Adidas also released a similar colorful splatter painted Pride Pack in 2015.

LGBT Pride Month is celebrated each June to coincide with the anniversary of the Stonewall riots in New York in 1969 — considered a major tipping point in the push for LGBT rights.

The three shoes in the collection retail for $100 each and are available on Adidas.com.
