At the end of last month, Adidas Originals released a film titled “Your Future Is Not Mine,” featuring seven artists and cultural influencers as part of its new “Future” campaign. The goal, said the brand, is to “create their own future despite all the predictions society lays upon them.”
The next layer of the campaign is the “Tubular Future” film featuring French musician Kyu Steed and L.A.-based stylist Aleali May, both wearing Adidas Tubular sneakers.

The two are seen walking toward doors and up steps and escalators—a metaphor for their push towards creating their independent futures.
