Adidas Adds Eight NBA Rookies to its Sponsored Athlete Roster

Adidas has assembled a large roster of young, talented basketball players, the next crop of ballers looking to dominate the NBA. And that list just got a bit larger.

The athletic label’s basketball lineup now boasts eight more names, who all come from the 2016 rookie class.

The newest members of the Adidas team are Thon Maker of the Milwaukee Bucks, Taurean Prince and DeAndre Bembry of the Atlanta Hawks, Wade Baldwin of the Memphis Grizzlies, Ivica Zubac of the Los Angeles Lakers, Cheick Diallo of the New Orleans Pelicans, Patrick McCaw of the Golden State Warriors, and Isaiah Cousins of the Sacramento Kings.

In June, the brand announced it signed five recently drafted basketball players from the 2016 draft class, a list led by Brandon Ingram of the Los Angeles Lakers, the No. 2 overall draft pick. Aside from Ingram, Adidas signed deals with Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics, Dragan Bender of the Phoenix Suns, Kris Dunn of the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Jamal Murray of the Denver Nuggets.
