Check Out Converse’s Jack Purcell Made for Bad Weather

If you want to wear your favorite Converse styles in the cooler months but don’t want them ruined by rain or snow, the brand has you covered. The heritage label has a new style inspired by a classic that will get you through the winter.

The Converse Jack Purcell S Series Boot is in stores now in two colorways — black and brown — with a $140 retail price. The shoes can be picked up via converse.com.

The sneaker-inspired boot is a part of the brand’s Counter Climate Collection, a line that features its beloved styles executed with premium materials that are built for comfort and durability no matter if it’s raining or the sun is shining.

To give the iconic sneaker a makeover built for inclement weather, Converse equipped it with Counter Climate technology (to help keep water out), Nike Lunarlon cushioning, Alpine leather on its upper with neoprene inner sleeve, and a herringbone outsole (for traction).
