On Wednesday, Converse announced its latest collaboration. This time, though, the Boston-based brand is jumping across the pond to work with Bunney, a London-based jewelry lifestyle company.
Bunney, founded in 2009, employs workshops across England in creating its unisex line of handcrafted jewelry. The line can be found in some of the world’s most cutting-edge stores, including Colette in Paris; Dover Street Market locations in London, New York, and Ginza, Japan; and Isetan in Tokyo.
Together the brands created the Converse Jack Purcell Signature Bunney Collection, which includes the slip-on and lace-up versions of the Jack Purcell Signature shoe. Bunney tapped famed British mill Linton Tweeds — known for supplying French couture houses since the 1920s — to create textured cloth for the shoes.

The shoes are offered in cream and a light blue/gray and are lined with pink kid leather. The Bunney logo can be found on the heel of the left shoe. Converse — a Nike-owned brand — has included Nike Zoom Air technology for added comfort.
The shoes, both of which retail for $150, will be available at Converse.com and select retailers on Friday.
