Nike Air Max sneaker fans should clear their calendars. The Nike Air Max Con event is coming to New York March 24-26. The three-day event celebrates the beloved Nike style with art exhibitions, the opportunity to check out the Air Max Vault, on-site customization and appearances by Nike athletes.
Attending the event is free and those who want to go can simply reserve a spot online for as many days as they’d like to attend. The events will be held at Skylight Clarkson Square—also one of the venues for New York Fashion Week.
On Wednesday, Nike unveiled a series of brand new innovations. The Nike Air VaporMax eschews a foam midsole and includes an updated Air bag unit. Additionally for the first time, a tapered visible air unit will be featured in a basketball shoe, the Nike Air Zoom KD9.
