Nike’s Pegasus franchise may not be as celebrated as others in its iconic running catalog, but it’s still a standout line from the brand. One of the more profound shoes in Nike’s longest-running sneaker franchise — which began in 1983 — will once again hit stores this weekend.
The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus ’92 arrives Friday in two colorways, and both will retail for $120. The shoes will be available via nike.com and at select Nike Sportswear retail partners.

With the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio quickly approaching, the Beaverton, Ore.-based athletic brand has prepared two color updates inspired by the event. One silhouette boasts a red, white and blue color scheme with gold featured on an overlay near the heel and on its midsole. The other employs an aerial print of Rio’s lights at night on a mostly white upper, with blue highlights on the upper and tongue and black on the upper and outsole.

The latest iteration, however, features a new technology element foreign to the original: a Nike Zoom Air cushioning unit.
Nike’s newest shoe in the franchise, the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 33, is available now in men’s and women’s sizes with a $110 retail price.
