LeBron James’ signature shoes with Nike typically keep consumers a couple hundred dollars lighter in the wallet. But fans of the baller’s kicks will soon have extra cash to spend elsewhere.
Icysole.com sent out a tweet Wednesday — first spotted by Sole Collector — stating the Nike LeBron 14 will retail for $175, down $25 from the price of the shoe James wore on the court throughout the 2015-16 season, the Nike LeBron 13.

Nike unveiled the LeBron 13 in September 2015, and it came with a $200 price tag. Several iterations of the shoe are available on Nike’s website with a discounted price of $134.97. The only version of the LeBron 13 to still retail for $200 is the LeBron 13 Elite, which the brand unveiled in March.
The latest shoe to feature James’ name, the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier 10, retails for $130. James debuted the shoes during Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.
The tweet from Icysole.com also listed the release dates of four iterations of the LeBron 14 — Oct. 8 for the black and tan, Nov. 5 for the all-white, Nov. 19 for the “Home” red and white, and February for the “All-Star” in gray and black.
