After injuries have kept Rafael Nadal out of many major competitions, the tennis star triumphed to nab the gold medal in the men’s double’s category at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
Nadal and playing partner Marc Lopez won gold for Spain on Friday while wearing Nike sneakers.

Nadal missed out on the 2012 London Games after suffering an injury, but he prevailed at the 2008 Beijing Games, winning gold in the singles category.
