Under Armour is paying tribute to a range of anniversaries in the sports world today with the launch of a several limited-edition men’s cleats. The shoes are available exclusively on Underarmour.com.
Included are two cleats — the Highlight and the Spotlight — that are available in a range of colorways that celebrate the 2016 Pro Bowl, Super Bowl 50th anniversary, Under Armour’s 20th anniversary and the fifth anniversary of the Under Armour Highlight cleat.
For the 2016 Pro Bowl in Hawaii, Under Armour introduced floral-patterned cleats. A gold version marks the Super Bowl’s 50th; platinum’s in honor of Under Armour’s 20th; and wood, a traditional fifth anniversary gift, celebrates the Highlight cleat.
The Highlight high-top cleat retails for $140 and features the ClutchFit upper, which wraps the foot in a second skin, molded 4D Foam footbed and PlasmaX plate that helps power the foot’s exact shape, eliminating slippage and reducing cleat pressure. In addition, there’s extended eyerow cutouts for better ease of entry and superior flexibility, a 3D molded MPZ tongue that custom forms to the foot and provides added protection and V56 technology in the forefoot to help limit toe hyperextension. The shoe is available in sizes 7 to 16.

The low-cut Spotlight football cleat, retailing for $130, has a seamless molded heel cup for a precision feel and fit, Pebax external heel counter for enhanced locked in structure and support and V56 technology and Icy Diamond synthetic upper for zero distractions. The style is availble in sizes 8 to 16.
