Under Armour Curry Two ‘Surprise Party’ Drops Tomorrow

With an NBA title, MVP award and one of the hottest-selling sneakers, Stephen Curry has had many reasons to celebrate in the past year.

Now the Golden State Warriors point guard will have one more.

To honor Curry, who turns 28 today, Baltimore-based athletic company Under Armour on Tuesday will release a new colorway for the Curry Two, called “Surprise Party.”

The $130 sneaker, available at Under Armour’s website and select retailers like Finish Line, boasts a white upper with a bright multicolored confetti-like sole and lining.

The shoe also features initialing from Curry and Under Armour on the ankle and tongue.

The NBA superstar, who continues to rack up records and praise from rivals for his 3-point shooting ability, is expected to wear the special kicks tonight when the league-best Warriors play at home against the New Orleans Pelicans.

With a record of 59-6, the Golden State Warriors are marching toward breaking the all-time regular-season wins record of 72, set by the Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls in the 1995-96 season.
