Michael Phelps’ baby boy Boomer is making a shoe statement at only three months old.
The mega-medal-winning Olympian’s son made a stylish appearance on Instagram in a pair of Freshly Picked gold moccasins on Saturday.
The soft-soled leather shoes, retailing for $60 online, feature elastic at the opening to help secure the fit to the child’s foot.
The stylish baby-shoe company launched in 2009 and catapulted to fame after appearing on ABC’s entrepreneur-search series “Shark Tank” in 2014. In June, the Utah-based brand debuted a collaboration of shoes with Ayesha Curry, the wife of basketball star Stephen Curry.

Boomer is a source of inspiration for Phelps as he competes at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Under Armour-sponsored star’s son’s footprints are used on two pairs of sneakers the brand made for him to wear while in Rio, featuring patriotic colorways on the SpeedForm Slingshot (blue with white and red accents) and the Architech (white with blue and red accents).

A limited-edition Olympics colorway of the SpeedForm Slingshot is currently available from UnderArmour.com for $120.
Ahead of Phelps swimming in the 4×100 freestyle relay on Sunday night, his fianceé, Nicole Johnson, posted a photo of Boomer wearing a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor First Star shoes.
