It’s a spring thing for Stuart Weitzman.
The designer unveiled a series of videos today that play off the season’s new flowers.
The label, owned by Coach Inc., created several 30-second installments that “capture the essence of spring’s beauty with a mesmerizing time-lapse flower backdrop — all while showcasing the hottest styles.”
In the first spot, cherry blossoms are prominently featured, according to the company, “in a uniquely modern yet hypnotic photographic way enticing the viewer into the beautiful world of Stuart Weitzman.”
The floral arrangement serves as the backdrop, as a mix of ankle wraps and flatform espadrilles are presented in a variety of poses.
The aptly named “Flower Power” series was directed by Diane Martel, who is credited with directing Robin Thicke’s controversial video for “Blurred Lines” and the equally provocative music video for Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop.”
