Melissa Shoes and Jason Wu are back. The spring ’16 collection hits retail today.
The teams crafted a minimalist sandal with Jason Wu-branded hardware details, which comes in five different colors — black, white, nude, navy and red.
The Brazilian shoe brand often launches buzzy collaborations and has worked with other high-profile designer names like Jeremy Scott (for New York Fashion Week,) Karl Lagerfeld and Vivienne Westwood.
In an previous interview with U.S. CEO Michele Levy, the executive said “Our customer loves Melissa’s designer collaborations. The Jason Wu styles have been particularly successful.”
The brand has been expanding in other ways and launched its first resort collection last year. Additionally, the company houses a lower priced diffusion line, Mel.
