Michelle Obama Wears Manolo Blahnik For Singapore State Visit

President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama hosted the prime minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, and his wife at the White House on Tuesday. This is the first time a Singapore prime minister has visited in 30 years.

During Tuesday’s events with the prime minister and his wife, the first lady wore a sunny yellow Naeem Khan lace-cutout floral dress from the resort ’17 collection and a pair of Manolo Blahnik Zuolianda nude patent leather sandals. This particular Manolo Blahnik style is no longer available.

This isn’t the first time Mrs. Obama has opted for Manolo Blahnik heels during a state visit. When Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, visited in March, she wore a Jason Wu gown and Manolo Blahnik silver Chaos sandals.
