After making waves in prominent American brand Ralph Lauren at the Wimbledon finals over the weekend, Meghan Markle showed love for her former home of Toronto by reaching for a dress from up-and-coming Canadian brand House of Nonie Tuesday.
The newly minted Duchess of Sussex stepped out with Prince Harry for the Nelson Mandela Centenary Exhibition, held at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in the Southbank Center of London today wearing a nude sleeveless trench dress from the ready-to-wear label’s spring ’18 collection.

“Seeing Meghan Markle, wear the Nonie Trench Dress today with such elegance and grace is beyond exciting,” Nonie founder and creative director Nina Kharey told People. “Her continuous support of Canadian brands is remarkable, and it is a true honor to be the first Canadian based ready-to-wear designer she has worn since her wedding earlier this year.”
Moreover, according to People, the chic luxury design comes straight from the former “Suits” actress’ closet, as she reportedly personally bought it from the Calgary-based designer before moving to London last fall.

For footwear, Markle, 36, chose a pair of sleek nude leather power pumps boasting a classic pointy-toe silhouette courtesy of Dior to complement her double-breasted, belted frock. She also added a neutral-toned leather clutch bag to polish off her look.
