One of the most beloved Air Jordan models is back again this summer in an appealing new look. But this one is only for the lady Jumpman aficionados.
The Air Jordan 3 arrives to brighten up your summer sneaker rotation in a new “Particle Beige” edition, featuring a clean, refined look to the iconic silhouette. The fresh colorway arrives June 8 via Nike SNKRS and at select retailers worldwide.
The premium makeover features a soft nubuck upper in place of the shoe’s usual full-grain leather build, providing a matte finish in the muted hue. The upper is contrasted with shining details in metallic red bronze to add distinct flair to the otherwise subtle design. A solid-colored midsole and outsole in creamy off-white also add to the sophisticated look.
The release continues its stylish update with a semideconstructed build, featuring less padding around the collar and tongue, while the plastic lace grommets and heel tabs are replaced in favor of embossed detailing. The most notable tweak to the third Air Jordan’s original design is the absence of the elephant print paneling usually found at the toe and heel, which is omitted in favor of smooth nubuck in its place. It’s all completed with a metal Jumpman logo on each tongue.

The resulting design stands as a decidedly feminine and elevated approach to the Air Jordan 3, both elegant and sporty. The sneaker adds to the crop of other in-demand Air Jordan releases this summer for women only like the “Satin Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 1 Rebel XX.
