Three Hotly-Anticipated Summer Yeezy Releases Might Be Delayed Due to ‘Mass-Production Factory Issues’

Some Yeezy fans are going to be disappointed this summer. Unfortunately, Yeezy Mafia reported on Twitter today that “due to mass-production factory issues,” three sneaker styles slated to drop this season are being delayed until later this year.

This includes the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 in “Cream/White” and “Sesame” as well as the hugely popular Yeezy Wave Runner 700, which dropped on March 10 after an initial online-only release in August. Yeezy Mafia claims that they will all be available by fall.

This news comes just two weeks after the same social media account, which is often the first to share early-release information and has leaked images of upcoming Yeezy models, Tweeted that “millions” of pairs of the upcoming Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2  in “Cream/White,” will be available come July.

The “Sesame” colorway, retailing for $200, was rumored to drop sometime this August after a mockup of the shoe was first leaked last year in December.

However, according to the account, the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Butter” is still slated to drop at the end of this month on June 30th. Moreover, the Yeezy 500 “Black” is rumored to release on July 7th.

This follows Adidas dropping the Yeezy 500 “Supermoon Yellow,” also known as the “Desert Rat,” last Saturday, June 9th. Stay tuned for more Yeezy release updates.
