H&M-owned retailer & Other Stories is opening a second New York location tomorrow on Fifth Avenue across from the renowned New York Public Library and Bryant Park. The first location opened in the city’s SoHo neighborhood a year ago. The brand also has locations across Europe.
The 9,700-sq.-ft. space was formerly occupied by H&M. The store’s botanical décor takes inspiration from Bryant Park and features an organic installation by Japanese artist Satoshi Kawamoto, creative director of Green Fingers, a plant design company.
At 12 p.m. on Friday, the first 100 customers will receive tea and other treats.
