Undefeated is expanding its brick-and-mortar footprint with its first New York store.
After teasing the new store several times on social media, the boutique retailer and brand revealed yesterday that it will open Undefeated New York on Sept. 8. The store will be located at 75 Kenmare St.
Although the location of its East Coast debut has been revealed, Undefeated has not yet offered any further details on the store. While the details Undefeated has offered are sparse, Commercial Observer reported in July 2022 that the retailer and brand signed a 10-year lease for the location. The new store opening was confirmed by Undefeated via Instagram in October 2022 in a post captioned, “Undefeated NYC coming 2023.”
Yesterday, Undefeated revealed its “Collage” short-sleeved T-shirt on Instagram. The shirt will release in the NYC store on its opening day, with a subsequent drop via Undefeated.com on Sept. 12. Also, Undefeated recently revealed its upcoming collection with New Era and the New York Yankees on Instagram, which will also release the day of the store opening.

Undefeated currently operates several stores both stateside and abroad. The retailer has multiple locations in California, including two Los Angeles (La Brea and Silver Lake), as well as stores in Santa Monica, Glendale and San Francisco. The remaining two U.S. doors are in Las Vegas and Phoenix. Also in Los Angeles, the company has the Undefeated Athletic Club Training Program, which is a private gym with an accompanying product line. Outside of the U.S., Undefeated has five doors in Japan, including two in Tokyo, two in Osaka and one in Fukuoka.
The new Undefeated store is opening in downtown NYC, a sneaker store hotbed. The retailer is joining the likes of Kith, Extra Butter, Stadium Goods and other powerhouse retailers and secondary market standouts with a physical presence downtown.
Aside from the store opening announcement, Undefeated made headlines last week for its latest collaboration with Converse. For their latest effort, Undefeated reimagined the Converse Weapon, delivering two new colorways of the iconic sneaker — “Chive” and “Castle Wall.” The retailer added off-white and forrest green hues, which are inspired by Undefeated’s signature camouflage print, to the predominantly white leather sneakers. Both colorways will arrive via Converse.com and the SNKRS app on Sept. 14.
