Abbey Lee Kershaw New Face of Superga

Australian actress and model Abbey Lee Kershaw is following in the big footsteps of Suki Waterhouse, Alexa Chung and Binx Walton as the new face of the women’s spring-summer 2016 campaign for Italian label Superga.

Famous for her gap teeth and love of piercings and tattoos, the 28-year-old has been absent from the runways since the fall 2012 shows and only appeared in a couple of selected editorials and campaigns since then, mainly focusing on her acting career. Most recently, she starred in the Oscar-winning “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “Gods of Egypt” and will appear in “The Neon Demon,” along Keanu Reeves and Elle Fanning.

The new campaign, shot in Los Angeles by photographer Gina Gammel, is accompanied by a video in which Kershaw wears six models of the spring collection, including shimmery silver slip-ons and black canvas platform sneakers, as well as variations of the classic Superga model in gold leather, pinkish-red canvas and a taupe-colored print.
