Footwear Face-Off: Tom Brady and Russell Wilson Head to the Super Bowl

The match-up is set.

The New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks are heading to Phoenix for Super Bowl XLIX.

The Seahawks clinched an overtime victory against the Green Bay Packers 28-22. While Green Bay led during much of the game, a 35-yard pass by quarterback Russell Wilson to Jermaine Kearse sealed the win for the NFC Championship.

Across the country, the New England Patriots dominated the Indianapolis Colts in a 45-7 victory for the AFC Championship. Tom Brady completed 23 of 35 passes for 226 yards, and LeGarrette Blount ran for 148 yards. Early in the game, the Colts failed to gain traction. It was one of, if not the, worst games of quarterback Andrew Luck’s three year in the NFL.

The Patriots’ win wasn’t without controversy. Allegations surfaced after the game that coach Bill Belichick and the team played the game with deflated footballs (#deflategate took off on social media following the news). If the Patriots did indeed cheat, they would face losing their draft position and pay a fine.

Watch on FN

The game between the championship-defending Seahawks and the experienced Patriots lineup should prove to be a major match. But we’re looking at another match-up — between the styles of quarterbacks Tom Brady and Russell Wilson.  These guys know fashion and are about as different in their personal taste as they are about how they play football. Brady’s dapper suits and polished ensembles contrast sharply with Wilson’s more youthful and casual approach.

We rounded up our favorite looks from the Seahawks’ Wilson and the Patriots’ Brady. You tell us — who has the better shoe style?
