K-Swiss Global Brands Will Relocate Its Global Headquarters In 2017

K- Swiss Global Brands is getting new digs.

The division of E.Land USA has announced plans to move its global headquarters from Westlake Village, Calif., to the historic Pac Mutual Building in downtown Los Angeles by Jan. 1, 2017.

The new state-of-the-art facility will house global operations for K-Swiss and sister brands Palladium, Supra and Otz Shoes. It will be the home of Americas operations for Palladium and PLDM, whose headquarters are in Lyon, France.

“As our organization grows, there will be an intrinsic benefit to immersing ourselves in the progressive culture of downtown Los Angeles,” said K-Swiss Global Brands Chairman and CEO Truman Kim. “Our new location will afford us a better opportunity to identify market trends where they happen, access a vibrant retail culture, identify synergies with other brands in the space and lay the best possible foundation for our future.”

Initial plans for the campus include global offices and dedicated showrooms for each brand, an innovative design facility and such first-class amenities as a health club, bike spa, roof deck and communal working space.
