Khloe Karadshian was bursting with color at the U.S. flagship store launch of House of CB.
The reality star hosted a soiree for the British label’s new Los Angeles location on Tuesday wearing a striking tangerine dress by the brand and wisely complemented the look with simple beige Christian Louboutin pumps.
Wearing the pointed-toe patent leather heels, she greeted her famous friends while welcoming the retail spot’s founder, Conna Walker.
“So excited they have finally opened a store in LA on Melrose! Welcome to the neighborhood,” Kardashian posted on Instagram.
Speaking to FN at the kickoff event, Walker said Los Angeles was a natural fit for the va-va-voom label to set up shop.
“I think L.A. is a place where people look up to style wise,” Walker explained. “I know New York is high fashion, but I think with our culture slated toward celebrity and social media, L.A. is where the trends are being set, so this was the place to be.”

The House of CB collection presented in the retail space featured sexy dresses and pumps in nude and blush color palettes. Instagram-friendly signage is featured alongside merchandise, including “Mistress rocks” and “Take me home.”
Walker said that she plans to include L.A.-exclusive dresses for the shop, as well as other merchandise exclusive to other markets as she launches stores in Las Vegas next month, followed by Miami and New York.
Prices range from $172 to $187 for House of CB pumps on the brand’s website.
Recalling her first big footwear purchase at 18 years old, Walker shared that she ruined them nearly as soon as she got them.
“They were Giuseppe Zanotti white shoes with gold chains,” she shared. “My first night wearing them out I absolutely ruined them. I got way too drunk.”
Kardashian was joined by her friends Khadijah and Malika Haqq, and chatted with model Shaun Ross and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin.
Celebrity guests included “America’s Got Talent” judge Mel B., singer Aubrey O’Day and DJ Pauly D., “Vanderpump Rules” stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne, actresses Greer Grammer and Paris Berelc, model Charlotte McKinney, and “The Real” host Adrienne Bailon.
Beyoncé’s longtime concert tour fashion director Ty Hunter told FN that his go-to shoe for Queen Bey’s performances over the years have been Stuart Weitzman.
“We love him,” he shared. “He really knows her foot and knows what works well as far as performances — it’s something that she can kill it.”
Hunter explained that he didn’t collaborate on Beyoncé’s current Formation Tour, but was thrilled to have enjoyed the show from the crowd. “I’ve known Beyoncé for more than 16 years, so to this is the first show I didn’t work behind the scenes,” he said. “Every tour prior we have used Stuart Weitzman.”
