Rihanna’s First Ad For Puma Released

Rihanna is the type of woman who can seemingly do it all – with strength, style and that cool-girl factor that just can’t be taught. The star was recently named creative director of Puma’s women’s line in December. This morning, we finally got a glimpse of her first ad campaign for the sportswear brand.

Puma tweeted the pioneer “Forever Faster” ad with the very appropriate message: “An icon who does it all needs a shoe that can keep up. Introducing the Pulse XT, worn by @Rihanna. #ForeverFaster.”

The accompanying shot features Rihanna in a bold action pose, dressed in Puma from head-to-toe. But as always, what we’re most interested in is what’s on her feet. This campaign highlights the new Pulse XT trainers.

During her rein as creative director, the pop star will oversee the design of both apparel and shoes for Puma’s training and fitness lines. If the powerful black-and-white campaign is any indication of what’s to come with Rihanna at the helm, we’re excited to see what the future holds for the sporting brand and the footwear they produce.
