Sarah Jessica Parker has long been one to watch on the Met Gala red carpet in New York. The actress and designer, who has her own shoe line SJP Collection, often embraces each year’s Met Gala theme.
In 2006, she embodied the “AngloMania” theme with her tartan print gown she wore to attend the gala with the late designer Alexander McQueen. For the 2013 gala, Parker rocked a pair of thigh-high Christian Louboutin boots.

This year, the star will be wearing a pair of custom SJP Collection blue pumps. While the photos Parker shared don’t give much away, we can see that there is some sort of embellishment on the front.
The shoes look like they could be a take on the SJP Collection Rampling silhouette. The gala celebrates the opening of the Costume Institute’s annual exhibit. This year’s theme is “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology.”

Only time will tell if Parker can top her look from last year, when she wore a custom kimono gown paired with a Philip Treacy fire headdress and SJP Collection mesh booties.
