Designer George Esquivel‘s rounding up the family this summer, with plans to hit the road in an RV. Recently returning home to California after a hectic travel schedule that included stops in New York, Paris and Dubai, Esquivel said he’s ready for some down time.
“We might rent a motor home and drive down the California coast to Santa Barbara,” he said, noting that the group has experience with RV-ing, thanks to past trips. Vacationing with him and wife Shelley will be daughters Savannah, 20, and Eva, 13, and son Benny, 18.
When SPY asked Esquivel if his two older children were still willing to spend time with him, he quipped, “They have to — dad’s paying for college.”
