Leave it to Tina Fey to strip for David Letterman. The funny woman visited “The Late Show” departing host and decided to give him a bit of an unconventional present: her dress. “My gift to you is I want to give you the dress,” she said, asking Letterman to help with her zipper. Naturally, she then removed her dress, revealing a black unitard with #Lastdressever across the back.
Throughout this witty moment, Fey donned black satin “Anouk” pumps by Jimmy Choo and the former SNL star revealed “I’m terrible in heels,” to Letterman. She also shared a fun fact that she has been on the show 20 times throughout the course of her career.
Personally, we love that she was willing to give up her dress, but not her shoes.
Currently, Fey is generating buzz for the writing and production of her Netflix only series “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” starring Ellie Kemper and Jane Krakowski. She also has a couple of acting projects in the works, including “Sisters,” which will reunite her with fellow former SNL star and friend Amy Poehler. The film is set for release this December.
